In addition to attending our meetings (you are always welcome!), there are many ways you can get involved! Below are just some of the opportunities:
- John Coolen, cemetery coordinator, heads up volunteer work in cleaning, recording, and photographing cemetery markers in cemeteries in and around Thunder Bay. Contact him if you are interested in helping!
- Our newsletter, Past Tents, welcomes additions on local family histories, genealogies, resources, stories, etc. Contact Paul McAlister.
- We currently do not have a Programming Coordinator, who would help plan and coordinate topics for future meetings. If this is something you are interested in, please contact our chair Janet Bazdarick for more information.
